This disclaimer applies to aviation weather, NOTAM, chart, operational status, and related informational features across Pilotflows on the web, iOS, Android, and other clients. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Disclaimer

Do not rely on Pilotflows for flight planning, operational decision-making, or regulatory compliance. Aviation weather, NOTAM, chart, delay, and related operational data shown in the product may be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly decoded, or affected by upstream formatting errors (including malformed METAR, TAF, NOTAM, SIGMET, AIRMET, PIREP, or similar reports). All information is provided without warranty as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose.

Tegi S.à r.l.-S. (Pilotflows) will not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, or other harm arising from use of or reliance on this application or its data.

Acknowledgements

Pilotflows incorporates aviation weather and operational data from public authorities, licensed APIs, and partner services. Sources vary by feature and region and may include:

  • NOAA's National Weather Service (NWS) and related U.S. government meteorological products (for example SIGMETs, AIRMETs, PIREPs, radar, and public forecast charts)
  • U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) data such as NOTAMs, NAS Status / ATC delay information, TFRs, and D-ATIS where available
  • AVWX and related aviation weather APIs for METAR/TAF decoding and display
  • Regional and national weather services and chart providers (for example Deutscher Wetterdienst, Environment and Climate Change Canada, and other agencies listed on our What Powers Us page)
  • Open-Meteo.com for geolocation and timezone resolution used with weather display (Attribution 4.0 International, CC BY 4.0)

A current list of infrastructure and data partners is published on our What Powers Us page and in Annex A of our Data Processing Agreement.

Meteorological and aeronautical data may be gathered, cached, processed, and delivered through Pilotflows infrastructure (including Amazon Web Services). We aim to provide as much data as possible, but upstream sources may change access or availability, which will be reflected in the product.
