Why We Built Pilotflows
The problem we set out to fix — and where we're taking it
The Problem We're Solving
As commercial pilots, we experienced firsthand the frustration of expensive, outdated aviation management software. Flight schools and small operators were forced to choose between enterprise solutions costing thousands per month or outdated systems. We recognized that professional-grade aviation tools shouldn't be a luxury reserved for large operations.
Our Mission
To make professional aviation tools accessible — affordable pricing, clear workflows, and software that holds up under real operational load.
Our Vision
To become the industry standard for aviation management software, enabling safer and more efficient operations worldwide.
Values & Culture
How we make decisions and what we won't compromise on
Pilot-First Design
Built by pilots, for pilots. Every feature reflects how aviation actually works on the ground.
Affordability
Making professional aviation tools accessible to operations of all sizes. No hidden fees, transparent pricing from €4.99/month.
User Experience
Clear interfaces that save time and reduce training needs. Built for daily use, not demo day.
Safety & Compliance
Keeps operations compliant without the overhead. Security and regulatory requirements are built in, not bolted on.
Safety First
Every tool we build supports safe operations — from compliant logbooks to crew currency tracking and maintenance records.
Transparency
Flat pricing, no hidden fees, public changelog. We say what we ship and ship what we say.
Ship from feedback
We ship based on what operators actually need — regular updates shaped by pilot, instructor, and DZ manager feedback.
