Welcome to the Pilotflows beta program. By participating, you agree to help us improve our platform while testing new features and functionality. This agreement governs your participation and supplements our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Beta software nature

Pre-release software: Pilotflows beta is pre-release software that may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. The software is provided "as is" and may not function as intended.

No warranty: We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the beta software's performance, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Frequent updates: The beta software may be updated frequently, and features may be added, modified, or removed without notice.

3. Data and privacy

Test data: Please use test data whenever possible during beta testing. While we implement security measures, beta software may have vulnerabilities.

Data collection: We may collect additional usage data, logs, and feedback to improve the platform. This includes crash reports, performance metrics, and user behavior analytics.

Data retention: Beta data may be retained for analysis purposes and may be migrated to the production environment or deleted at our discretion.

4. Feedback and bug reporting

Feedback obligation: Beta participants are encouraged to provide feedback, report bugs, and suggest improvements through our designated channels.

Feedback ownership: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property and may be used to improve Pilotflows without compensation or attribution.

Communication: We may contact you for additional information about reported issues or to gather more detailed feedback about your experience.

5. Confidentiality

Confidential information: The beta software, its features, performance characteristics, and any non-public information about Pilotflows are confidential.

Non-disclosure: You agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without our written consent.

Public discussion: While you may discuss your general experience, please avoid sharing specific technical details, screenshots of unreleased features, or internal data publicly.

6. Limitations and liability

No liability: We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or other issues arising from your use of the beta software.

Backup responsibility: You are responsible for backing up your data and ensuring business continuity during beta participation.

Service interruptions: Beta services may be interrupted, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.

7. Termination

Voluntary withdrawal: You may withdraw from the beta program at any time by contacting our support team.

Involuntary removal: We may remove participants who violate this agreement, provide insufficient feedback, or for any other reason at our discretion.

End of beta: The beta program will end when we launch the production version. Beta accounts may be migrated to production or terminated as determined by us.

8. Support and communication

Limited support: Beta software receives limited support compared to production services. Response times may be longer, and some issues may remain unresolved.

Beta communications: You may receive beta-specific communications, including update notifications, feedback requests, and program announcements.

Contact information: For beta-related support, contact [email protected].

9. Agreement updates

This agreement may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the beta program constitutes acceptance of any updates. We will notify participants of significant changes through email or in-app notifications.

10. Acceptance

By checking the Beta Participation Agreement checkbox during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Beta Participation Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in the beta program and consider waiting for the public release of Pilotflows.
