Pilot logbook

Free logbook migration

Send your export or totals page. We load it into your Pilotflows account at no charge. Self-serve CSV imports are on the pilot logbook import page; this program is for hands-on help. See also the pilot logbook switch guide.

Paper or digital logbook

  • Digital logbook

Export from LogTen, ForeFlight, Vereinsflieger, eCrew, or any CSV/PDF/XLS. Attach the file—we map fields and import your history.

  • Paper logbook

We do not re-key every line. One opening-total entry from your certified summary page; new flights are logged in Pilotflows from there.

Logbook migration FAQ

Common questions about importing to Pilotflows

Is pilot logbook migration free?

Yes. Migration from paper or digital logbooks into your Pilotflows account is free. You only need an active Pilotflows account.

Which digital logbooks can you import?

LogTen Pro, ForeFlight, Vereinsflieger, AIMS eCrew, NETLINE, LEON, and most CSV, XLS, or PDF exports. Name your app in the form if it is not listed.

What happens with a paper logbook?

We do not enter every flight line. We set one opening-total entry from your certified summary page. You log new flights in Pilotflows from that point.

What files should I upload?

Attach your export file or a clear photo of your totals page. Up to 10 files, 5 MB each (PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, JPG, PNG).

Do I need a Pilotflows account before I apply?

Yes. Create your account first so we can import into the correct logbook. Use the same email in the form as you use to sign in.

How long does migration take?

Most requests are handled within one business day. Complex exports or paper totals may take longer—we will email you either way.
