We’ve been busy improving Pilotflows over the past two months. From bringing Pilotflows to Android to making flight imports, weather information and everyday logbook tasks easier, here’s the full changelog.

New features

  • Paper logbook scanner. Scan paper logbook pages with your phone, review the flights it finds, and import several pages at once.

  • Roster imports (Pro+). Import roster PDFs from Luxair, Eurowings, Austrian, DHL, LOT, GOL, Portugalia and airBaltic. Scheduled and actual block times are shown side by side.

  • More logbook importers. Import your existing logbook from Emirates FTR, B4Takeoff and Pilotsbook.net.

  • Weather and NOTAMs. Access METAR, TAF, ATIS and charts from Home, along with near real-time NOTAMs and Pro+ alerts for airports you follow.

  • METAR saved with flights. Weather data at your block times is now saved automatically with each flight.

  • Pilot tools (Pro+). Tools such as temperature correction are available on web and iOS.

  • Bulk flight deletion. Select and delete multiple flights at once, with a categorised Recently Deleted section.

  • Community on web. Public profiles, rankings and the community feed now match the iOS app.

  • Settings autosave. Your settings save automatically as you make changes, so there’s no need for a Save button.

Fixes and improvements

  • Cross-country time. Intermediate stops are now included in cross-country time calculations.
  • More accurate totals. Simulator sessions and deleted flights no longer count towards your totals.
  • Time pickers. Time selection now uses five-minute steps and works more reliably.
