Certificates Tab
Licences & Medicals
Next to Your Logbook
The Certificates tab stores the papers that sit beside your flights — licence, medical, type and class ratings, endorsements, and flight reviews. Add issue and expiry dates, attach a scan, and see what is due from Home or Certificates → Reminders.
- Open Personal → Certificates and add a licence, medical, rating, or flight review
- Record the number, issuing authority, issue date, and expiry
- Attach a PDF or photo if you want a copy next to the dates
- Home cards and Certificates → Reminders list what expires soon
Expiry Reminders
Nudges Before
Something Lapses
Set how many days before expiry to be notified — by email, push, or SMS. Unlimited certificates and reminders are included on every personal plan. Pilotflows does not file those documents with EASA, the FAA, or your CAA. If a date in the app disagrees with the paper in your wallet, the paper wins.
- Email, push, and SMS reminders before a medical or rating runs out
- Renew an entry and keep version history when you replace a document
- Glance at expiry when an examiner or employer asks
- In-app steps live in the Certificates docs guide
